The organization module mainly deals with in-house information from co-workers and machines, tranings and maintenance plans downwards to cost centers and finances.
One example for in-house information management is the list of trainings with related participants and their departments. Beyond this holiday plans, maintanence plans, machine certificates, standstill times etc. are managed by the org module.
